Bio

Nimrod Hoofien is a third-year PhD student in US History with a designated emphasis on Feminist Theory and Research at UC Davis. His research examines how women understood and acquired property during the Early Republic and the intersection of property with constructs of gender, sexuality, and race. He previously earned an MA in American History from San Jose State University and an MBA from the University of Washington.
