To discuss joining the FTR DE, make an appointment with the DE Chair listed on the webpage. Before your appointment, download an application form from the DE or Graduate Studies webpage (DE Application Form). Obtain the signature of the graduate advisor of your Ph.D. program. Bring the signed form and a copy of your transcript to the appointment. You should plan to meet with the DE advisor at least annually to discuss progress.
